Other Fees: There is no charge other than the price of the goods plus consumption tax (including local consumption tax). However, if you choose to pay at a convenience store or by invoice or bank transfer, you will be responsible for any incurring fees. The customer is responsible for the equipment, internet connection fees, and communication fees for use of the service.

Delivery of Service: For prepayment services, usually within 2 working days after confirmation of payment. In case of delay, you will be informed by e-mail each time. In the case of a deferred payment service, it will be handed over immediately.

About the claim: If you pay in advance, you will be billed for the following month's usage. In the case of prepayment, you will be billed for the previous month's usage.

Return Policy: Due to the nature of being an internet service, returns are not possible.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you decide to cancel your contract, you will be able to use the service until the expiration date of the contract for which you have paid. No refunds will be made on fees paid. In the event of a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions, the refund will be made by bank transfer, regardless of the payment method chosen. No refunds will be made for cancelled card charges or convenience store payments.

Application Expiration Date: There is none. However, where a deposit expiry date has been set for each payment, that expiry date will apply.
